Made in the 1960s under the direction of the USSR Ministry of Instruments and Control Systems to supply small calculators to military pilots and officers. The T scale runs from 1 to 45 degrees in spiral approximately 1.75 periods long. The portion less than 5.6 degrees can be used as an ST scale. S and T scales are calibrated in degrees and minutes.

The black knob at top (at the index) turns the front dial. The red knob turns the needles on both sides.
