Inch and 1:25 scales on the outside, but a continuation of a nonexistent centimeter scale in the well. Cursor missing.

Front scales are not labelled; L scale on reverse slide not labelled. The rear has some physical constants and materials properties in English.

The manufacturer's name is missing from the rule. There is an unintelligible logo in the well. There's also a Deutschesreichs Patent number in the well that belongs to Nestler. This seems to be a variant on the Model 14. Other variants differ in the linear measurement scales. Inches will be in the well on some. Some others will have a 1:25 scale on the bottom. None of the Model 14s seem to include make or model number on them.
