Wrapped in plastic, with point-of-purchase hanging tag. S and L scales read the result on the C scale at the end of the rule. The reverse of the rule is not solid. The POP tag announces that the rule was manufactured for Mead Office Products. The rule itself bears no identifying marks at all, except for the word "Japan". The rule is similar to the Sterling 589 and may have been made by the same manufacturer.
