Enhanced Mannheim style rule, made by Hemmi. This came with 2 runners, the original metal and glass one, and a cheaper plastic one that is clearly from some other manufacturer. A thin strip of celluloid on the reverse includes physical properties and conversions.

Made in the period 1937-1941 (Could have been made as early as 1932 if the current cursor isn't original.)
