Connects the Model 100 to a telephone line. One lead goes to the wall, the other goes into the telephone. As long as the Model 100 was connected, you could use the phone for voice or data. If you took the Model 100 away, you would need to jumper the pins on the DIN connector to use the phone. A special loopback connector was provided for this purpose.
