Texas Instruments PCI PC Interface
- Type: Calculator Accessory
- Size:
- Serial number:
- Date of Manufacture:
Plugs into the back of the TI-74 or TI-95, then to a bidirectional parallel port on an IBM-compatible PC. One can then use the PC as secondary storage or as a printing device (either by printing to your monitor or to a printer connected on a second interface).
Software is supplied on a 5-1/4" 360K floppy (and fortunately my supplier copied the files to a CDROM). DOS 2 is required and the manual warns that the program will not run in 80386 protected mode. (I don't yet know whether Windows XP is up to the task of running a virtual machine that looks like 8086 real mode.)
