With vinyl case that includes space for a memo pad and business cards (the "executive" version), and instruction pamphlet. Vinyl case is cracking and the stylus is missing.

Thoresen, Inc. informs us that they are the exclusive distributor of the Western Hemisphere. The units were actually made in West Germany by Wizard Werke GmbH.
